I am Ashley and I joined LMA in May 2021 as part of the Front Office teamspecialized in recruitment within Banking Front Office Portfolio across HNW Relationship Managers, Bancassurance Specialist, InvestmentSpecialistand management opportunities across both local and foreign banks and EAMs. I started my recruitment career in Singapore back in 2018, focusing on Staffing and Outsourcing and moved across to a specialist market after 1 year as I enjoyed the relationship build with my candidates in a long-term basis. To be able to share career advice and to be trusted by candidates is the biggest fulfilment a recruiter can get. I am glad to be part of LMA Singapore and continuing my recruitment journey to reach out to more people within my network.
