Lisa Scarlett appointed as Client Engagement Director.
Lisa, who has over 17 successful years in the recruitment industry, joins from Eurostaff where she was Client Services Manager.
Lisa has taken the position with ConSol Partners because “they offered a unique opportunity, this is a role that I make my own as it is completely new to the company offering me the chance to further build on my experience by working to build and grow the business further… (they also are) a successful, financially sound company, with a clear vision and strategic growth plans,”
Lisa brings a wealth of experience to ConSol Partners, which includes Top Biller and a Million Biller Club for Progressive, 3 years as top biller for ITHR and bringing in over £1.5 million and rejuvenating client relationships within the Staffgroup umbrella.
Based in ConSol Partner’s London Head office, the appointment of Lisa reinforces ConSol Partners’ focus around client development. Lisa’s immediate focus will be adding value quickly, and supporting the teams with their growth plans as well as becoming the face and voice of ConSol Partners, meeting with key clients and enhancing their relationship with ConSol Partners.
Established in 2008, ConSol Partners work within niche markets within the internet supply chain including the communications, cloud and digital spaces and has recently had a 65% share purchased by international staffing group Empresaria for a total cash consideration of approximately GBP9.4 million.
