ConSol Partners is delighted to announce in partnership with saleslearn.com that 15 of our recruitment consultants have achieved Institute of Sales and Marketing (ISMM) Diplomas. ISMM certification is the de facto standard and leading authority for sales professionals across the UK for the provision of national qualifications and this accreditation outlines ConSol Partner’s mission to ensure delivery of sales best practice.

“This is a fantastic achievement by our consultants and we are proud to have such strong home-grown talent here at ConSol Partners.” commented Russell Beswick, Head of Learning & Development at ConSol Partners. “This qualification will enhance the sales skills and business ethics of our employees, in turn instilling confidence in our clients. It also demonstrates our commitment to investing in high-level training, which will help to change the way that the recruitment industry is viewed.”

This training initiative amounts to nearly £100,000 of investment and cements ConSol Partner’s position as learning and development leaders within the recruitment industry. ConSol Partners strongly believe that this investment will in turn provide a superior level of service to clients and candidates, and help their consultants to be the leaders of tomorrow.

Daniel Cox, one of the 15 who achieved their ISMM Diploma, believes that it has added real value to his service offering: “The qualification has helped me leverage more relationships and bring on new business while knowing that I am following best practice. I have friends in other positions in many sectors and the majority never receive this level of support, guidance and advice. I’d like to thank ConSol Partners and saleslearn.com for their investment in this esteemed qualification.”

“It has been a pleasure to work with ConSol Partners over the past year, and I am delighted to see such a significant number of their consultants gaining Level 3 ISMM qualifications.” said Nick Gilbert, Managing Director of saleslearn.com. “It is not often that we see such investment into best practice skills training and I am confident that ConSol Partners employees will be much better equipped to offer added value to their client services. We look forward to continuing our relationship with ConSol Partners and Russell in the future.”

To add to this success, ConSol Partners received The Best Staffing Firm to Work For accolade in March 2015 in addition to being named the 29th Best Small Company to Work For by The Sunday Times – the second year in succession of being placed in the top 50. The business has also been shortlisted for Best IT Recruitment Agency at the forthcoming Recruiter Awards 2015, which take place in May.
