ConSol Partners’ achievement was announced on the 18th March 2015 at Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) Executive Forum North America in Orlando, Florida, which was attended by over 1,200 global business leaders and CEO’s in the staffing industry.
Over 150 organisations took part in the survey, which was sponsored by Monster and measured 10 key engagement categories focusing on items including teamwork, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits.
