Amy Wilkinson, VP of Operations, USA
Amy is a Law Graduate, with an impressive span of responsibilities in our USA region. Amy manages the Internal Hiring, Training and Development areas as well as building, growing and managing the Delivery function for the LA office, leading by example.
With an 8-year background in technology recruitment, talent development and leadership Amy brings an infectious passion and enthusiasm. Noted as a creative and strategic thought leader Amy is an integral cog in the USA wheel. Prior to joining ConSol Partners, Amy worked with global staffing organizations leading, training and growing recruitment teams across the UK and NAM.
A firm believer in self-development, Amy enjoys learning new concepts and investigating theories, all of which aimed at further growing her skillset. She is a certified trainer and HR professional. Outside of work Amy is an avid traveller and enjoys nothing better than visiting a new country, state or city.
