IT 1ST LINE SUPPORT – INCIDENT HANDLING – BRUSSELS / 4 MONTHS
ConSol Partners client is a leading telecommunications company who are seeking a 1st line support desk advisor to join the team in assisting with 1st line support and incident handling. This is an amazing opportunity to kick start your IT career.
Job title: 1st Line Support / Incident Handler.
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Contract Length: 4 Months Initial (extensions possible)
As the 1st line support for ConSol Partners client, you will be involved in the IT 1st level support and also the incident handling. You must be able to deal with customers in a calm and professional manner. Chasing of field interventions: contact CUO teams to take corrective actions if SLA of a repair case is at risk.
A great opportunity to work with the latest technologies on their network, given you the chance to develop your skills with latest kit. You will discover IT Service Desk environments and operational ways of working in a short time-frame.
You will be working fixed office hours.
- Fluent English, French and Dutch. Possibly two languages but at least an understanding of the third.
- Understanding the basic products offered to Enterprise customers (no technical knowledge required however).
- A genuine desire in IT and willing to learn and progress your skills further.
- Must be able to start within 14 days.
